BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees (BOT) is suitably composed and appointed by the Proprietor. The Board have power to-

1. Arrange for the University endowment, financing strategy and long-range planning;
2. Conduct visitation to the University, as specified under the Laws of the University
3. Appoint the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council and its members and determine   their terms and conditions of service;
4. Hold all properties, movable or immovable, of the University in trust;
5. Make policies that will facilitate and enhance realization of the objects and goals of the University; and
6. Consider academic and non-academic annual reports and audited accounts of the University.

1. Respected person of high integrity and renowned for management competence in the person of Dr. Christopher Olusola Kolade CON - - Chairman
2. Prince Oladega Adelowo Adebogun - Proprietor.
3. Dr. Sunday Teju Julius Bogunjoko
4. Mrs. Moronkeji Onasanya
5. Rev. Dr. Wilson Adebogun Badejo
6. Dr. Jacob Adeyemi Adeyinka
7. Miss. Rebecca Adebogun
8. Mr. Olusoga Badejo - Secretary

Terms of Reference: To hold in trust, the Properties of Caleb University; and to meet at least once a year, without prejudice to the need for special meetings as may be circumstantially dictated.

Quorum:
5 members including the Chairman, and at least one member of the Caleb Organisation
