BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The Board of Trustees (BOT) is suitably composed and appointed by the Proprietor. The Board have power to-
> Arrange for the University endowment, financing strategy and long-range planning;
> Conduct visitation to the University, as specified under the Laws of the University
> Appoint the Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor and Chairman of Council and its members and determine their terms and conditions of service;
> Hold all properties, movable or immovable, of the University in trust;
> Make policies that will facilitate and enhance realization of the objects and goals of the University; and
> Consider academic and non-academic annual reports and audited accounts of the University.

5. Rev. Dr. Wilson Adebogun Badejo

Terms of Reference: To hold in trust, the Properties of Caleb University; and to meet at least once a year, without prejudice to the need for special meetings as may be circumstantially dictated.
