Caleb University, Imota, Lagos, ably represented by Mr. Olugbenga Paul-Osaro, was the cynosure of all eyes at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Philosophers Association of Nigeria (PAN).
The Association, an affiliate of the International Federation of Philosophical Societies (FISP), held its 2025 International Conference and AGM at the University of Lagos, Akoka.
The five-day conference, themed: “Philosophy, Leadership, Development and Environmental Sustainability in Africa,” took place from February 26 to March 1, 2025, at the Faculty of Arts Conference Hall, UNILAG.
Prof. Yinusa Kehinde Salami of the Department of Philosophy, Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), Ile Ife, was the keynote speaker, while the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academics), Lagos State University, Ojo, Prof. Oseni Taiwo Afisi, presented the lead paper.
The conference featured academic sessions and briefings from members, among others.
