A Professor of Computer Science, Certified Information Security Manager, Project Management Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps Administrator, Cloud Practitioner-Amazon Web Services expert, Huawei Certified Network Associate–Routing and Switching genuis; Prof. Moses Kehinde Aregbesola, will on Thursday 17th April 2025, present Caleb University’s 11th Inaugural Lecture Series at the Imota Main Campus Multipurpose Hall by 10:00 am.

Titled “From Code to Cloud- Building Secure, Scalable, and Artificially Intelligent Systems”, Prof Moses Kehinde Aregbesola, who is Caleb University’s Director, Centre for Artificial Intelligence, Mechatronics, and Robotics; Director of ICT as well as Director of Open Distance Learning, holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science (2012–2016) from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, M.Sc. in Computer Science (2007–2009) from the University of Ibadan; B.Sc. in Computer Science (2000–2006) also from Nigeria’s Premier University, among others.

The Acting Vice-Chancellor, Prof Sunday Adewale, who doubles as the Chairman of the occasion, has extolled the virtues of Prof Aregbesola as a distinguished academic who has distinctly demonstrated creativity, scholarship and brilliance in all its ramifications. “His expertise, drive and iconic services, has galvanised Caleb University as a hub for cutting-edge technological advancement, in the highly competitive fields of Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Software Engineering.

Amiable, warm, humble, cool-headed team-player and good-looking gentleman scholar, the Inaugural Lecturer, who spearheads groundbreaking research in AI-driven solutions has undertaken significant innovations to address critical challenges across diverse sectors to merit this elevation”.
