STANDARD OPERATION PROCEDURE (SOP) FOR STUDENTS

All Students are hereby directed to strictly follow the Registration Procedure, as stated below:

1) Payment of Fees:
Pay your fees; remember that only students who have paid the prescribed fees can register.

2) Registration:
Commence registration immediately after payment of fees and as soon as you understand how to use the portal.
Do not delay your registration – only registered students are can earn attendance credit.

3) Normal registration closes on Friday of the 3rd week of a semester. A student who fails to complete all forms of normal registration on the Friday of the 3rd week will pay late registration fee.

4)Payment of N80,000 late registration fee.
On presentation of evidence of payment for late registration, the registration portal will be open to the student.

5)Payment of N100,000 late registration fee.
On presentation of evidence of payment for late registration, the registration portal will be open to the student.

 In order to make payment of School Fees more flexible, the University Management has approved three (3) instalment payments, with spacing of fees payment as follows:

1. 50% payment on resumption- at the beginning of the 1st semester

2. 25% payment before the end of the 1st semester.

3. Balance 25% payment at the beginning of the 2nd semester.

Full payment of fees at the beginning of the session is always welcomed.
